For shots that stand out, get quite low to the ground, or really high up on a step ladder or similar.
If the sun is out, make sure it is behind you, not in front of you, but don’t cast a shadow on the car.
Front three-quarter is best. Make sure there’s not background clutter. Empty car parks are great.
